Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
The full text below is provided in English.
This Privacy Policy explains what information EasyPOE collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. EasyPOE is an independently developed third-party tool and is not affiliated with Grinding Gear Games or Path of Exile.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to run your account and license:
- Account identity. If you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address. If you register with email, we store your email and a securely hashed password.
- License & device data. Your license key, plan, status, and a one-way hashed hardware identifier (HWID) of the single machine your license is activated on. We store a hash, never your raw hardware details.
- Purchase records. Order history (plan, amount, currency, status). Payments are handled by our processors — we never see or store your card number or crypto wallet credentials.
- Technical logs. IP address and basic request metadata for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and secure your account, issue and validate software licenses, lock a license to one device and process HWID resets, process purchases and provision access, provide support, and detect fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-Party Services
We share the minimum necessary data with these providers:
- Discord — for authentication and, if you join our server, to grant/remove your Premium role based on license status.
- NOWPayments and Sellix — to process payments. Your payment details are handled entirely by these processors under their own privacy policies.
These providers act as independent controllers of the data you submit directly to them.
4. Cookies & Sessions
We use strictly necessary, first-party session cookies to keep you logged in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention
We keep account, license, and order records for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations. You may request deletion of your account, after which we remove or anonymize your personal data except where retention is legally required.
6. Data Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are stored using a strong one-way hash, and hardware identifiers are stored only as hashes. License tokens are cryptographically signed. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
8. Children
EasyPOE is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of EasyPOE after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
