EasyPOE is an independently developed third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Grinding Gear Games or Path of Exile in any way. “Path of Exile” is a trademark of Grinding Gear Games Ltd.
The use of EasyPOE may violate the Terms of Service of Path of Exile. By using this software, you acknowledge and accept all risks, including but not limited to account suspension or permanent bans from the game.
USE THIS SOFTWARE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. EasyPOE accepts no liability for any consequences arising from its use.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EasyPOE software and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. License
EasyPOE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the software.
3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; share, distribute, or resell your license; use the software in ways that violate applicable laws; or attempt to circumvent license enforcement mechanisms.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not provided except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
5. Limitation of Liability
EasyPOE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of game access, account bans, or any other game-related consequences. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the service.
6. Modifications
EasyPOE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
